The Miller Elite Flyball Box is covered by our full satisfaction money back guarantee. Please read the following terms & conditions before making your purchase. Nonadherence of these conditions will void the guarantee.
- All money back guarantees offered by Miller Flyball LLC are subject to a maximum period of 15 calendar days from date of receipt of the Miller Elite Flyball Box from the shipment tracking information. No refund claims outside of this period will be considered;
- A maximum of 1 unit may be claimed under the guarantee; this is more than sufficient to evaluate the effectiveness and suitability of the Miller Elite Flyball Box;
- The Standard Miller Elite Flyball Box only apply. Custom colors and custom options are not covered by this guarantee. If you are interested in a custom color ask Miller Flyball LLC about our box rental program to try out a standard color before purchasing a custom color;
- Miller Elite Flyball Box with custom graphics is eligible for this guarantee, but the cost of the graphics is not included in this guarantee.
When returning used items, covered by our money back guarantee if not completely satisfied, please complete the following steps:
(a) Notify Miller Flyball LLC within 15 calendar days of receipt that you are returning the Miller Elite Flyball Box. To notify Miller Flyball LLC, either use our contact page to send us a notification or send a letter to the following address stating that you wish to return your Miller Elite Flyball Box. They must contain your name, ship to address, and a phone number where Miller Flyball LLC can reach you. Letter must be post marked before the 15 days has expired. Miller Flyball LLC is not responsible for letters lost in the mail or electronic transmissions that do not arrive.

Myakka City, FL 34251(b) Upon receipt of the e-mail or letter, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization, RMA, and shipping instructions. After RMA is issued there is a maximum of 10 calendar days for the product to be received by Miller Flyball LLC.
(c) Please note that we expect the Miller Elite Flyball Box to be returned to us in like new condition, and should not be damaged. At our discretion, additional fees for damages may be deducted from the original purchase price if the Miller Elite Flyball Box is returned damaged.
(d) Upon receipt Miller Flyball LLC will issue a check for the original purchase price of the Miller Elite Flyball Box to you. Shipping charges are not paid by Miller Flyball LLC.
We offer the money back guarantee at our cost in good will and fully expect our customers to take the time to provide us with the necessary feedback if claiming against the guarantee.
We reserve the right to forfeit the guarantee if we suspect any abuse of our money back guarantee offer.
